Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Complete the relocation of trees within the scope of the Land Reserve Project for Plot No. 1, North Zone, Oriental Chip Port, including but not limited to other necessary work required to achieve the above, handling relevant procedures, and acceptance and handover by the management department, etc. Please refer to the Procurement Requirements for details.
合同履约期限：计划20个日历天内完成（开竣工日期以实际日期为准），并在2年养护期满移交工作完成为止。
The Contract Period: Planned to be completed within 20 calendar days (actual start and completion dates shall prevail), and ending upon the completion of the handover work at th end of the 2-year maintenance period.

二、申请人的资格要求 2. Qualification Requiremen。3.5单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合 同项下的政府采购活动。
3.6符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财 采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Suppliers registered in the database in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Information Registration of Shanghai Government Procurement Sup2 Consortium bidding is not allowed for this project.
3.3 Suppliers not listed on the "Dishonest Judgment Debtor List", "List of Parties Involved in Major TaViolations", and "List of Serious Illegal and Dishonest Acts in Government Procurement" on the "Credit China" website (******), and the "Gov Procurement Serious Illegal and Dishonest Behavior Record List" on the "China Government Procurement Network" (******).
3.4 Suppliers providing overall design, specification paration, or project management, supervision, testing, and other services for this procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of this project.
3.5 Different suppliers with the same persin charge or with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities
